Broadcasting
The Monrovia High School Communications courses are committed to preparing students for 21st century media careers. Through training directly with Indianapolis 500 radio legend, Mr. Mark Jaynes, students learn through observing and doing. Students will study current trends in media and produce broadcasts and video projects to be shown in school and posted on the school's webpage. The courses are designed to be a "hands on" experience with students filling all the roles found in an actual news broadcast.
